[Itachi is sitting in the window, Shadow asleep in his lap. His shirt is mostly buttoned, but the red of a very ugly fresh scar is just visible above his collar, the extent of the wound completely hidden. Both his arms rest in his lap, one concealed by the cat, the other absently tapping the PCD. The late evening sun illuminates half his face, highlighting red eyes. His expression is empty, but something about the play of light and shadows makes him look almost demonic.]

Apparently these events simply aren't entertaining enough for people. The spirits are slacking if others are going to such lengths to keep busy.

Speaking of which, I wonder what new entertainment they have in line for us tonight?

[He touches something on the screen and the feed cuts out as a filter is applied.]

Sasuke, Alphonse-kun, your status?

Edward-kun, come over. You will be spending tonight here. Do not argue with me.

I'm doing much better. I've been keeping up with my contacts, they say everything has turned out for the better. There was that bad scare earlier tonight, but I think Sasuke's more shaken up than me.

Other than that? It's cold. But we have blankets.
